Job Description

DealCatalyst is a fast-growing B2B events business bringing together financial markets professionals to help get deals done. As we scale, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive our end-to-end growth strategy—spanning audience acquisition, product marketing, and revenue acceleration.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join our team and own the end-to-end growth engine—combining data, customer insight, and experimentation to drive audience growth, increase conversion, and accelerate revenue across our products. Working closely with the Sales and Event Programing teams, you will be focused on bringing insights from the market to help educate and refine our product and sales strategy, delivering clear, compelling messaging that will differentiate us from our competition and create value perception for our customers, and deliver multi-channel campaigns to educate customers on new products whilst building a loyal audience for our landmark events.

We are a hybrid team based in New York and London, with opportunities for both domestic and international travel. 

 

HOURS & COMPENSATION:  

Full-time position (hybrid office + remote)

Salary: £70,000–£80,000 / $80,000–$90,000

Performance-based bonus for exceeding forecast

 

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY:  

     → Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across core products (events, webinars, Credit Clubhouse podcast, Private Credit Club, Intelligence reports)
     → Focus on lead quality and pipeline acceleration
     → Manage end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels to drive engagement and growth

 

CRM & DATA MANAGEMENT:  

     → Own and maintain CRM data hygiene, ensuring accurate segmentation and up-to-date records
     → Build and manage CRM reports tracking KPIs (revenue, registrations, email performance, etc.)
     → Oversee system integrations to ensure smooth and accurate data flow into the CRM

 

PRODUCT & LIFECYCLE MARKETING:  

     → Lead the full lifecycle of subscription product development and scaling (e.g., Private Credit Club)
     → Manage marketing strategy, automation workflows, lead nurturing, and retention efforts
     → Support growth of recurring revenue streams

 

PARTNERSHIPS & EXECUTION:  

     → Manage external event partnerships (associations, media partners)
     → Coordinate campaign execution, including co-branded and dedicated email campaigns
     → Oversee briefing, communication, and delivery across partners

 

KEY INTERFACES:  

     → Work with cross functional team (Event Programing/Content, Sales, Audience Development) to establish growth strategies to support DealCatalyst's revenue goals 
     → Client Success: Collaborate with the above teams to gather customer feedback, success stories, and testimonials. Leverage customer insights to refine product messaging and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities 
     → Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPI's) and track marketing campaign effectiveness, product adoption, and customer usage and retention. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team 
     → Managing the workflow of our third-party marketing agency 

 

SKILLS SUMMARY: 

      →   3-5+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally in the event space, but not essential 
      →   Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Analytics, Canva, Photoshop, Grip Engage/Manage (Or other Event Management Systems) HubSpot (or, other equivalent CRMs) 
      →   A mind that analyses & seeks out opportunities and experiments with campaigns to continuously optimize conversions and improve our customer experience 
      →   Strong organization, communication and teamwork skills 
      →   Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail 
      →   A positive "can-do" attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver 
      →   Demonstrable track record of executing end to end marketing campaigns 
      →   Demonstrable awareness of budgeting and managing projects 
      →   High level of planning, organization and influencing skills 
      →   Project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a given timeframe 
      →   Demonstrated ability to develop impactful marketing collateral and content tailored to our customers, including product materials, case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, etc. 
      →   Data-driven, with a passion for software products and technology 
      →   Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives 

Nice to Have Skills:

      →   Ability to use AI prompts for various tasks and projects 

      →   Knowledge of financial services industry, particularly the fixed income market an advantage, but not required
