Investor | LP Qualifications
To qualify for a complimentary investor pass, you must meet the eligibility criteria in representing foundations, endowments, family offices, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, corporate investment divisions, institutional investment consultants, and private wealth managers who are actively making fund commitments and do not engage in third-party fundraising activities or collect fees for advisory/consulting services. Qualified investors may also include individuals directly employed by buy-side firms investing in securitized products whose principal professional responsibilities include investment analysis, investment decision-making and/or portfolio management functions. Registration as an investor/ LP is subject to approval. Consultants, outside counsel, financial advisors, servicers, broker/dealers and any other third party service providers who are not directly employed by a buy-side firm investing in securitized products do not qualify as investors for registration purposes.

Borrower Qualifications
To qualify for a complimentary borrower pass, you must meet the eligibility criteria in representing a business entity that is primarily, directly and personally involved in financing agreements on behalf of the fund. The firm must borrow fund finance products and individuals must be directly employed by the borrowing fund. Registration as a borrower is subject to approval. Consultants, outside counsel, financial advisors, servicers, broker/dealers, and any other third-party service providers not directly employed by the borrower DO NOT qualify as borrowers for registration purposes.
