Borrower & Investment Manager Qualifications
To qualify for a complimentary Borrower pass, your primary role is to directly and personally source and secure financing agreements on behalf of an asset manager/fund. The asset manager must be actively seeking financing solutions, and individuals must be directly employed by the borrowing entity. Registration as a borrower is subject to approval. GPs whose principal activity is lending/ financing other funds/managers, financial advisors/consultants, outside legal counsel, servicers, broker/dealers and banks, and any other third-party service providers not directly employed by the borrower DO NOT qualify as borrowers for registration purposes.

Qualified Investment Managers may also include individuals directly employed by asset management firms investing in securitized products whose principal professional responsibilities include investment analysis, investment decision-making and/or portfolio management functions. Registration as an investment manager is subject to approval. Asset managers whose principal activity is fund finance/ lending, financial advisors/consultants, outside legal counsel, servicers, broker/dealers and banks, and any other third party service providers who are not directly employed by a buy-side firm investing in securitized products do not qualify as investment managers for registration purposes. *Registration as an borrower/ investment manager is subject to approval.
