Jonathan Bock is a Senior Managing Director and the Co-CEO of Blackstone Private Credit Fund (BCRED) and Blackstone Secured Lending Fund (BXSL), Co-President of Blackstone Multi-Asset Credit & Income Fund (BMACX), and Global Head of Market Research for Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York.
Prior to joining Blackstone in 2023, Mr. Bock was the Chief Executive Officer of Barings Business Development Companies (BDCs). In addition to this role, he served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer and President of Barings Private Credit Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer of Barings Capital Investment Corporation, Barings Corporate Investors, and Barings Participation Investors. Prior to joining Barings in July 2018, Mr. Bock was a Managing Director and Senior Equity Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities specializing in BDCs. He was the chief author of a leading BDC quarterly research publication: the BDC Scorecard. He is also published in the Journal of Alternative Investments. Prior to Wells Fargo, Mr. Bock followed the BDC industry at Stifel Nicolaus & Company and A.G. Edwards Inc. Prior to entering sell-side research in 2006, Mr. Bock was an equity portfolio manager/analyst at Busey Wealth Management in Champaign, Illinois.
Mr. Bock holds a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois College of Business and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Meghan Neenan is a managing director and the North American head of Non-Bank Financial Institutions. Her coverage includes investment managers, hedge funds, business development companies, consumer and commercial finance companies, leasing companies, securities firms and financial market infrastructure companies.
Prior to joining Fitch in June 2006, Meghan was an equity analyst at Morningstar, Inc. covering companies in the financial institutions industry. She began her career as a bank examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, analyzing a wide range of institutions, from small community banks to large, complex banking organizations. Meghan graduated summa cum laude from Mount Union College and earned her MBA from the University of Notre Dame. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
Ron is Co-Head of Lincoln International’s Global Valuations and Opinions Group, leading a team of more than 250 portfolio valuation and transaction opinion professionals. Ron provides capital advisory and valuation expertise to clients across industries and serves on the firm’s Global Executive Committee.
Ron has more than 30 years of experience advising corporate and private equity clients on the structuring and arranging of financings for acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, refinancings and dividend recapitalizations. He maintainsstrong relationships with a wide network of financing sources, enabling him to provide issuers with financing solutions tailored to their specific needs. Ron also provides valuations and fairness opinions to a variety of clients including business development corporations, hedge funds, private equity funds and private debt funds. Throughout his career, Ron has worked with a variety of companies in the manufacturing, distribution and service industries.
Ron serves on the Board of Directors of Parksite Inc. and Osterman & Co. He is also on the Board of Trustees of the National Public Radio Foundation and is Chairman of the Investment Committee.
Ron is widely published and is a frequent speaker on the topics of capital raising and valuations.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Ron was a managing director at Duff & Phelps and Mesirow Financial. Prior to entering the investment banking field, Ron was Chief Financial Officer of several public companies including Farm House Foods. He started his career in public accounting as an auditor for KPMG.
Ron earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati. He is a certified public accountant.
