Borrower/Issuer Qualifications
To qualify for a complimentary borrower/issuer pass, you must meet the eligibility criteria in representing a corporate entity that secures working capital/ liquidity by pledging specific assets as collateral — such as GPU chips, data center cash flows, equipment, or commercial real estate (asset based) or as a borrower in a private capital (direct lending) transaction, or an issuer of asset backed securites. Bank and non-bank providers of debt capital financing (Fund Managers/Alternative Lenders, Bank Lenders), financial consultants, outside legal counsel, servicers, investment banks, broker/dealers, and any other third-party service providers who are not directly employed by a specialist lender firm do not qualify as 'Borrowers' for registration purposes.

GP | Fund Manager Qualifications
Qualified Fund Managers include fund of funds managers or in-house investment executives at private debt, private equity, or venture capital firms. Consultants, outside counsel, financial advisors, services, investment banks, broker/dealers and any other third-party service providers who are not directly employed by a buy-side firm do not qualify as investors for registration purposes.
