Originator | Borrower Qualifications
Qualified Borrowers are individuals directly employed by a business entity that secures working capital/ liquidity by pledging specific assets as collateral — such as accounts receivable, inventory, equipment, or real estate (specialist lender).
Bank and non-bank providers of debt capital financing (Fund Managers, Bank Lenders), financial consultants, outside legal counsel, servicers, investment banks, broker/dealers, and any other third-party service providers who are not directly employed by a specialist lender firm do not qualify as 'Borrowers' for registration purposes. Confirmation is subject to approval.

GP | Fund Manager Qualifications
Qualified fund managers include fund of funds managers or in-house investment executives at private debt, private equity, or venture capital firms. Consultants, outside counsel, financial advisors, services, investment banks, broker/dealers and any other third-party service providers who are not directly employed by a buy-side firm do not qualify as investors for registration purposes.
