Women In Credit Luncheon: Leadership, Relationships, and Building a Lasting Career in Secondaries

Laura represents private fund clients and other financial institutions in connection with an array of fund formation and transactional matters. She regularly advises on the structuring, formation, offering and ongoing operation of a variety of private investment funds, including credit funds, private equity funds, hybrid funds, hedge funds and funds of funds, representing a broad range of investment strategies. Institutional investors such as sovereign and pension funds also seek Laura’s counsel in connection with primary and secondary investments, including seed transactions.

Laura’s broad practice encompasses both sponsor and investor representation, giving her unique insight into client issues and an in-depth knowledge of complex fund structures. A former in-house attorney for two global asset managers, Laura offers clients valuable experience and a commercially minded approach.

Christina is the Founder and Chair of the WINS board. Christina is a managing director on the Fund Finance team at EverBank. Prior to joining EverBank, she spent more than a decade in fund finance at Nomura and in the secondary advisory space.

She specializes in lending, hedging and other solutions for a wide variety of alternative asset investors and managers, with a strong focus on the secondaries market.

Christina also serves on the board of two non-profit organizations, Fiver Children’s Foundation and Breaking the Chain through Education.

Christina graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers Business School and is a CAIA Charterholder
