Ms. Lamont Svejnar is a Partner in the Ares Secondaries Group, where she focuses on credit secondaries. Ms. Lamont Svejnar serves on the Ares Secondaries Group's Credit Investment Committee. Additionally, Ms. Lamont Svejnar serves on the Ares Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. Prior to joining Ares in 2006, Ms. Lamont Svejnar was an Analyst at GE Capital Global Media & Communications, where she focused on providing debt financing to mid-market media firms. Previously, Ms. Lamont Svejnar participated in the GE Capital Financial Management Program and completed roles in risk portfolio analytics and financial planning analytics. Ms. Lamont Svejnar holds a B.A. from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business in Finance
Kristine Jurczyk is a Managing Director at Vista Credit Partners, where she joined in 2013 to launch Vista’s credit platform and serves on the VCP Investment Committee. She has more than 25 years of leveraged buyout and credit investing experience and has been involved in the execution of over $30 billion in debt transactions. Prior to Vista, she was a Senior Vice President and Team Leader at GE Antares Capital (formerly Merrill Lynch Capital), overseeing origination, underwriting, structuring, and portfolio management across multiple industries. She began her career at Arthur Andersen. Ms. Jurczyk holds a B.A. in Accountancy from Gustavus Adolphus College and an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Accountancy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Mr. Golaszewski is a Managing Director on the Investment Team at Hunter Point Capital and serves as Co-Head of GP Financing Solutions. Prior to joining HPC, Mr. Golaszewski served as a Managing Director at 17Capital where he was responsible for originating, structuring, and executing preferred equity and NAV loan investments and co-led the firm’s U.S. investment team. During his time at 17Capital, Mr. Golaszewski led some of the private equity industry’s largest and most complex private equity portfolio finance investments, establishing unique partnerships with private equity managers across their funds, management companies and strategic investors. Prior to 17Capital Mr. Golaszewski spent a decade at Nomura as a founding member of its Fund Financing & Solutions business. Mr. Golaszewski earned a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from American University.
Rakesh (Rick) is a Partner and the Global Head of Private Credit at Pantheon. Since joining the firm in 2019 to build and lead the firm’s dedicated private credit strategy, the business has grown to become one of the largest providers of secondary solutions capital to private credit fund managers and investors globally. Throughout his career prior to Pantheon, Rick gained experience as a direct credit investor across a range of strategies, including unsponsored and sponsored direct lending, special situations and distressed, asset-based finance, specialty finance, mezzanine, and control/minority private equity. Previous roles include as a Managing Director and investment committee member at private credit firms including Stone Tower Capital (acquired by Apollo), Green Brook Capital, Star Mountain Capital and Citigroup Alternative Investments. Rick began his career in the Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley. A native of Toronto, Rick received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from McGill University.
