Bruce Richards is the Managing Partner and Head of CVC Marathon, a leading global Private and Public Credit manager and part of CVC Group with over $80 Billion of AUM in Credit globally.

Mr. Richards co-founded Marathon Asset Management in 1998 and served as its Chief Executive Officer, building the firm into a leading global credit manager. In 2026, Marathon joined CVC to form CVC Marathon, whose mission is to cultivate long-term partnerships built on integrity, reliability and transparency that deliver alpha and consistency for clients across its integrated global credit platform spanning Asset-Based Lending, Direct Lending, Opportunistic Credit, and Multi-Asset Public Credit, encompassing Structured Credit, High Yield, Leveraged Loans, and Emerging Market Debt.

Mr. Richards is responsible for the general oversight of CVC Marathon, leading the Executive Committee, and Co-Chairing the Investment Committee.
