Allocator | LP Qualifications
To qualify for a complimentary allocator pass, you must meet the eligibility criteria in representing a foundations, endowments, family offices, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, corporate investment divisions, institutional investment consultants, and private wealth managers who are actively making fund commitments and do not engage in third-party fundraising activities or collect fees for advisory/consulting services.
Borrower | Issuer Qualifications
To qualify for a complimentary borrower pass, you must represent a business that raises working capital or liquidity by pledging specific assets as collateral (e.g., accounts receivable, inventory, equipment, real estate) or be directly responsible for financing digital infrastructure projects. Borrowers include specialty lenders, as well as operators and developers involved in datacenter or fiber network buildouts who are seeking capital.
Non-eligible registrants include banks and non-bank capital providers (fund managers, bank lenders), financial consultants, external legal advisors, servicers, investment banks, broker-dealers, and other third-party service providers who do not work directly for a specialist lending or infrastructure operating entity.
GP | Investment Manager Qualifications
Qualified fund managers include fund of funds managers or in-house investment executives at private debt, private equity, or venture capital firms. Consultants, outside counsel, financial advisors, services, investment banks, broker/dealers and any other third-party service providers who are not directly employed by a buy-side firm do not qualify as investors for registration purposes.
