Allocator | LP Qualifications
To qualify for a complimentary allocator pass, you must meet the eligibility criteria in representing a foundations, endowments, family offices, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, corporate investment divisions, institutional investment consultants, and private wealth managers who are actively making fund commitments and do not engage in third-party fundraising activities or collect fees for advisory/consulting services.
CLO Manager Qualifications
Qualified CLO managers are individuals who are primarily, directly and personally involved in his/her firm's issuance activities. The firm must directly issue securitized products and individuals must be directly employed by the issuing firm.
CLO Investor Qualifications
Qualified CLO investors are individuals directly employed by buy-side firms investing in securitized products whose principal professional responsibilities include investment analysis, investment decision-making and/or portfolio management functions. Qualified investors must be directly involved in their firm's investment in securitized products.
Consultants, outside counsel, financial advisors, servicers, broker/dealers and any other third-party service providers who are not directly employed by a buy-side firm investing in securitized products do not qualify as
investors.
