Allan Fan is an Executive Director of UBS Asset Management. Mr. Fan is an Associate Portfolio Manager for the Credit Investments Group. His responsibilities include managing portfolios of structured products. He joined CIG in 2019 as an analyst for structured products. Prior to joining CIG, Mr. Fan was a co-founder and head CLO strategist at Kanerai. Before Kanerai, he worked in the structured products group at both Goldentree Asset Management and Morgan Stanley. He earned his B.E. in Computer Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
Amir Vardi
Arlene Shaw is a Managing Director and Treasurer. Ms. Shaw is responsible for structuring and executing collateralized loan obligations, lines of credit and other financing for the firm. Ms. Shaw joined Brightwood in February 2016. Prior to Brightwood, Ms. Shaw was a Senior Associate at Schulte Roth and Zabel LLP in the corporate finance group, where her practice was focused on, middle market credit facilities, acquisition financing and liquidity facilities for hedge funds and private equity funds, including warehouse lines, leveraged finance vehicles, capital call facilities, CLOs and fund-of-fund loans. Ms. Shaw holds a BA, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and a JD, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School. Ms. Shaw is committed to philanthropic works and serves on the Water Board for the City of New York Department of Environmental Protection and the board of Inherent Foundation.
Prior to joining AGL, from 2006-2019, Pilko was a Managing Director and Senior Investment Analyst at CIFC Asset Management. He was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, approving and declining investments for the firm’s managed portfolios.
Over his 12 year tenure at CIFC, Pilko invested in leveraged loans and high yield bonds within CLOs, levered and unlevered loan funds and long/short credit hedge funds. During his time at CIFC, he was a Sector Head for responsible for the Energy, Power Generation, Financial Services, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Transportation and Business Services sectors. He was a member of various ad hoc committees for both in court and out of court restructurings.
Pilko began his career at Capital One, one of the largest providers of consumer credit, where he worked in consumer credit analytics, asset-liability management and corporate development.
Pilko has a BA in economics from Stanford University and an MBA in finance from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University.
Pilko is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
Christopher Terry joined AB in 2017 and is a Managing Director of AB Private Credit Investors, where he is responsible for structuring, negotiating and executing structured credit transactions, including private credit collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), recurring revenue loan asset-backed securities, warehouse facilities and other long term portfolio finance solutions. Previously, he was an associate at Garrison Investment Group, where he managed near-term liquidity for all investment funds, with a special focus on the firm’s structured finance platform. Prior to that, Terry served as a credit analyst and CLO analyst at Monroe Capital. He began his career at LaSalle Bank as an account manager within the Global Trust Services Group. Terry holds a BA in economics from the University of Michigan. Location: New York
Dagmara is Co-Chief Investment Officer for Tetragon Credit Partners. She joined the group in early 2007 and prior to that was an Associate in Morgan Stanley’s Securitized Products Group working on the structuring desks in New York and London. At Morgan Stanley, she was involved in the structuring and execution of CDO and CLO transactions across multiple underlying asset classes and structural types. Dagmara holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She is based in New York.
Mr. Sherry joined PineBridge Investments in 2007 and is a Portfolio Manager on the Leveraged Finance team, where he is responsible for managing US CLO portfolios. He also serves as a member of the Leveraged Loan Credit Committee and the CLO Tranche Credit Committee. Prior to his current role, Mr. Sherry was a Credit Research Analyst covering a number of industries, including electric utilities, auto and equipment rental, airlines, and GDS. Before joining the firm, Mr. Sherry worked in structured finance at Assured Guaranty Corp., credit research at PIMCO, and equity research at Prudential Securities. Mr. Sherry received a BS (Honors) from Cornell University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He also is a CFA charterholder.
Edwin Wilches, CFA, is a Managing Director and Co-Head of PGIM Fixed Income’s Securitized Products team. Mr. Wilches is also a portfolio manager for dedicated CLO Tranche portfolios as well other dedicated securitized products funds. Mr. Wilches oversees securitized product security selection across the firm’s multi-sector, investment grade, high yield, LDI, money market and general account strategies. He plays an active leadership role in PGIM’s Racial Equity Initiative via participation in multiple workstreams, and is a member of the Latinx Executive Leadership Team for both PGIM and PGIM Fixed Income. Mr. Wilches is an active member in multiple trade associations across the US and European markets seeking to represent our client’s best interests and to help promote a functioning market structure. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Wilches was responsible for managing and trading the Firm's investments in CLO tranches, supporting the Dryden CLO platform's business development and investor relations efforts, and analyzing off-the-run alternative fixed income opportunities. Earlier, Mr. Wilches was a member of PGIM Fixed Income’s CDO analyst team, Business and Product Development Team and Fixed Income Operations team. Mr. Wilches joined the Firm in 2003. He received a BA in Economics from Rutgers University and an MBA from New York University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Elizabeth Legunn is a Managing Director in the Ares Credit Group, where she focuses on CLO investments. Prior to joining Ares in 2019, Ms. Legunn was an Assistant Vice President at AllianceBernstein, where she focused on structured credit investing. Ms. Legunn holds a B.A., with distinction, from Amherst College in Mathematics and Economics. Ms. Legunn is a CFA Charterholder.
Ian Gilbertson is Managing Director, Co-Head of US CLOs, and Senior Portfolio Manager for Invesco’s Global Private Credit team. In this role, he is responsible for the structuring and management of CLO (collateralized loan obligation) funds, as well as trading and investing in CLO securities of third-party managers. Additionally, Mr. Gilbertson is Co-Lead Portfolio Manager for Invesco’s US CLO franchise.
Mr. Gilbertson joined Invesco in 2008 as a credit analyst for the Senior Secured Management group and was promoted to junior portfolio manager in 2016. In 2019, he took on portfolio management responsibilities for CLOs, as well as management of Invesco’s CLO note strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gilbertson worked in market data at Fidelity Investments.
Mr. Gilbertson earned a BBA degree in finance and accounting from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Ms. Lawrence joined Sound Point in 2020 and is currently a Portfolio Manager for the U.S. CLO platform and the Sound Point Senior Floating Rate Strategy. Additionally, Ms. Lawrence serves on the firm’s Risk Committee, U.S. Floating Rate Fund Investment Committee and CLO Risk Committee. She has over 20 years of credit market experience spanning structuring, research and investment across both leveraged loans and underlying CLO tranches. Prior to joining Sound Point, Ms. Lawrence served as a Director of Structured Products at BlackRock. Prior to that, she has held credit research positions at Halcyon Capital Management, MatlinPatterson/UrsaMine and Bear Stearns Asset Management covering numerous sectors including Aerospace & Defense, Business Services, Chemicals, Consumer Products, Media and Retail.
Jim is co-Lead of Polen Capital's CLO Platform. Prior to joining Polen Capital in 2023, Jim was Managing Director and Head of U.S. CLO and Securitized Products Trading at Mizuho Americas. Prior to that, he worked at CRT Capital Group focusing in Securitized Products. Jim received a B.S. in Finance from Binghamton University.
Mr. Carden is a Managing Director for Cerberus Business Finance, the Firm’s middle-market direct lending platform.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2015, Mr. Carden was a Managing Director at Prime Asset Fund and separately, Managing Director at Guardian Capital from 2012 to 2014. In both roles, he was responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing pools of non-performing residential mortgages. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Carden was Vice President of Operations at Citadel Investment Group, where he managed a team responsible for the middle- and back-office functions related to all structured products and bank debt. Mr. Carden started his career in 2006 at Bank of America Merrill Lynch working in the corporate trust group initially on middle-market CLOs before moving to commercial real estate CLOs.
Mr. Carden graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Economics.

- Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Horowitz was a Managing Director in the CDO business at Morgan Stanley as Head of U.S. CDO Capital Markets and co-head of U.S. CDO Structuring and Origination

Mr. Mezyk joined DoubleLine in 2016 as an Analyst focusing on CLOs and other structured products, later transitioning to his role as Portfolio Manager. Prior to DoubleLine, he was a Structured Products Analyst at American Capital where he invested in CLOs for their Leveraged Finance Group. Previous to American Capital, Mr. Mezyk was an Analyst in PNC Financial Services’ Asset Backed Finance group where he focused on structuring different ABS transactions. He holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and is a CFA® charterholder.
Meredith Lynch is a member of Barings’ U.S. High Yield Investments Group and is responsible for the portfolio management of Barings’ managed CLOs. Previously she was a research analyst for the consumer & retail, food & beverage, and restaurants industries. Meredith has worked in the industry since 2003. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, she served in the High Yield Research Group at Wells Fargo Securities. Prior to that, she was with Legacy Wachovia Capital Markets in the Loan Syndications and Leveraged Finance Groups. Meredith holds a B.S. in financial management from Clemson University and is a member of the CFA Institute.
Scott Lorinsky is a Managing Director, Deputy General Counsel and Head of Global CLO Management Legal at Napier Park Global Capital, an alternative asset management firm with approximately $40.71 billion of assets under management focused on investment opportunities in specialized credit.
Scott is responsible for legal matters across the platform, with specific focus on CLOs, including Regatta Loan Management, a capitalized manager vehicle established to address risk retention rules, where Scott serves as the Chief Legal Officer and an Investment Committee Alternate.
Scott received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Duke University in Economics and Public Policy Studies, and his J.D. degree from Columbia Law School
Sean Griffin is the CEO & Executive Director of the LSTA, the trade association for the multi-trillion dollar corporate loan market in the United States.
Prior to joining the LSTA in April 2024, Mr. Griffin spent 23 years at JPMorgan where he was a Managing Director and held various roles within its global markets division, including deputy head and co-head of JPMorgan’s Global Primary CLO business. Mr. Griffin’s experience covers cash flow and market value securitization products and spans multiple asset classes focusing on corporate credit and bank loans.
While at JPMorgan, Mr. Griffin worked with various issuers and investors, including private equity, hedge funds, asset & money managers, banks and insurance companies. Mr. Griffin utilized CLO/CDO technology to provide clients with access to capital and address their business goals, whether it be the growth of AUM via traditional CLO/CDO issuance, balance sheet relief and more specialized bespoke financing solutions.
Mr. Griffin received a BA in Mathematical Economics from Brown University. He resides in Westport, CT with his family where he is actively involved with youth sports, including football, soccer and rugby.
