CLO Investor
To qualify for a complimentary CLO Investor pass, you must meet the eligibility criteria in being directly employed by buy-side firms investing in securitized products whose principal professional responsibilities include investment analysis, investment decision-making and/or portfolio management functions. Qualified investors must be directly involved in their firm's investment in securitized products. Registration as an investor is subject to approval. Consultants, outside counsel, financial advisors, servicers, broker/dealers and any other third-party service providers who are not directly employed by a buy-side firm investing in securitized products do not qualify as investors for registration purposes. To qualify, your firm must have invested in securitized products between June 2020 and the date of your conference registration.

CLO Manager
To qualify for a complimentary CLO Manager pass, you must be primarily, directly, and personally involved in his/her firm's issuance activities. The firm must directly issue securitized products and individuals must be directly employed by the issuing firm. Registration as a CLO Manager is subject to approval. Consultants, outside counsel, financial advisors, servicers, broker/dealers and any other third-party service providers not directly employed by an issuing firm DO NOT qualify as CLO Managers for registration purposes. To qualify, your firm must have issued securitized products between April 2022 and the date of your conference registration.
