Stelios has led AI initiatives at MQube since its inception. His expertise extends across MQube’s core loan origination system and other areas of mortgage proposition, such as Criteria Genius and our AI-first customer journey. His work is supported by a strong background in computer science, machine learning, and electrical engineering.

Chloe leads the Green Finance Institute’s (GFI) Green Mortgage Campaign as part of their Built Environment Programme, which aims to spur the UK mortgage market towards innovative and scalable solutions to the housing decarbonisation
challenge. With a background in regulatory policy and financial planning, Chloe is a
passionate advocate for sustainability – having previously led the Association of
Mortgage Intermediaries’ cross-industry Green Mortgage Advice Initiative and the
multi-award-winning ‘Working in Mortgages’ Diversity and Inclusion programme. She is also the author of a book about the UK housing crisis and has appeared on national and regional radio to discuss issues affecting renters and first-time buyers.

Laurence Fredricks is a Senior Researcher on Onward’s Social Contract programme
and supports Onward’s Conservative Party Policy Review work. He has a BA in Land
Economy from the University of Cambridge, as well as an MPhil in Planning, Growth and Regeneration. His expertise have contributed to a number of Onward’s former research programmes and reports, including Levelling Up, and Energy and Environment. He now specialises in housing policy, and sits on the High Street Policy Reference Group. Before Onward, Laurence was part of the Stronger Towns Fund Evaluation Panel (POBP) and a Research Assistant to the Department of Land Economy at the University of Cambridge.
