Aarondeep Hothi is an Associate Director within the EMEA RMBS team. Since joining S&P Global Ratings in 2017, he has been involved in a broad range of Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities transactions included NPLs, RPLs, and second-charge transactions. Aarondeep holds a MSc in Finance from Bayes Business School.
Michael is the co-founder of Gable Group, He has extensive experience over the past 20 years in Banking and insurance, he built gable group into the company it is today and is passionate about changing how people buy their homes in the UK, enabling Generation Rent to become Generation Able, Gable Mortgages is a Pure play 100% LTV lender, Zero deposit mortgage lender.
Neil Leitch is Managing Director of Development Finance at Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB), where he leads a national team focused on supporting SME housebuilders and property developers with structured, relationship-led funding. He brings more than 40 years of banking experience, having started his career in 1984 and progressed through personal, corporate and commercial banking roles. His background includes leading regional SME lending teams, serving as Regional Director for the North and Scotland, and managing a £1.7 billion restructuring portfolio in the aftermath of the global financial crisis. Neil joined HTB in 2016 to help build and scale its regional development finance proposition. Since then, he has played a central role in establishing HTB as a trusted partner for developers who need clarity, certainty and flexibility to deliver new homes in local markets. His leadership is defined by a deep understanding of development dynamics, a commitment to long-term partnerships, and a pragmatic approach to structuring. Under his guidance, HTB’s Development Finance team continues to support the growth of SME developers through practical funding solutions and consistent support across the UK. Neil is a strong advocate for SME-led housing delivery and continues to champion the role of specialist lenders in helping to meet the country’s housing needs.
Nick Stainthorpe’s practice is at the cutting edge of fintech, specialty finance and the blockchain. For more than eight years he has been advising investors, lenders, platforms, tech providers and originators on a host of financial transactions that are driven by new technology. This has included structuring peer-to-peer platforms, digital supply chain finance programmes and token offerings, as well as more traditional credit and capital markets products. He is active in warehouse and forward flow financings of residential and commercial mortgages. He hosts the Alternative Finance Investor Roadshow which is a leading forum for fintech and private credit.
