Elise Coole is the Managing Director of Keystone Property Finance, a leading UK-based specialist buy-to-let lender. With 20 years of experience working in financial services, she is a widely respected figure with a strong background in lending, money markets and property finance. She has been instrumental in driving Keystone’s strategic growth and product innovation. Working with the executive leadership team Elise has helped the company strengthen its reputation for flexible, intermediary-focused lending solutions, particularly for portfolio landlords and complex cases
Graham McClelland is the CEO of Gen H, a fast-growing, technology-led mortgage lender focused on expanding access to home ownership. The Gen H mission is centered on supporting underserved groups into homeownership. Gen H designs products aimed at boosting affordability and providing efficient, responsible lending to those with complex circumstances. Many of Gen H’s customers would not have been able to access homeownership without a Gen H mortgage. Graham joined the business to support its funding efforts and has secured a series of unique forward-flow facilities with mission aligned partners.
Karen Dench is Head of Markets at Paragon Bank, a UK specialist lender focussed on Buy-to-Let, Development Finance and SME lending. With over 15 years’ experience in treasury and capital markets, she has extensive experience structuring RMBS at Paragon and more recently has led the establishment of the first Regulated Covered Bond Programme backed with 100% Buy-to-Let assets.
Ope Agbaje, Director, is a Credit Research Analyst in the European Asset Backed Securities team within Blackrock's Global Fixed Income Group.
Ms Agbaje was a portfolio manager at Neuberger Berman where over 13 years she was responsible for European ABS. Prior to that, she was an ABS analyst at Credit Suisse Asset Management covering all structured finance bonds. She also worked for Fitch Ratings and Standard & Poor's responsible for rating and surveilling a variety of structured finance bonds.
Ms Agbaje holds a BSc (Honours) in Economics with Politics from Queen Mary College, University of London and a MSc in Investment Management, with distinction, from City, University of London.
Parik joined Downing in August 2017 and heads the Private Credit Team, comprising both Property Finance and Wholesale Lending. On the property finance side he is primarily focused on residential development finance, non-speculative commercial development finance and bridging finance, whilst on the wholesale lending side he is focused on providing structured finance facilities to other lenders. Parik has 20 years' financial services experience, predominantly focused on debt and the real estate finance space where he has led over 150 transactions, but has broader experience including leveraged finance, restructuring and private equity placement. Parik spent nearly 10 years within the Corporate Bank at Barclays, including time as a Director in the Real Estate Finance Team, and has also held positions at Funding Circle, Citigroup, Puma Investment Management and Asante Capital Group.
Sam is Senior Legal Counsel in the Treasury team at Together Financial Services Limited, a UK specialist lender offering customers a wide range of flexible secured lending products including short-term finance, auction finance, residential, buy-to-let and commercial mortgages and development finance with over 48 years history operating through several economic cycles.
Sam joined Together in January 2020 working on Together’s funding structures, including PIK toggle notes, senior secured notes, revolving credit facility and private and public securitisations of the Together Group’s own originated assets. Prior to joining Together, Sam worked in the structured finance and derivatives practice in the London office of a US law firm and has worked in the in-house legal teams of two international investment banks. As a member of Together’s Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee, Sam is passionate about creating an inclusive work place and culture where colleagues at Together are supported to achieve their full potential. She is also the strand lead for Together’s D&I Initiative on Women in Senior Leadership Roles.
Sam read law at Downing College, Cambridge University.
Tammy is Director of Capital Markets at LendInvest, where she leads private funding strategy, focusing on warehouse facilities, forward flow agreements, and strategic lines of credit. She brings broad expertise across private debt and capital markets, including securitisation, general debt finance, and debt advisory.
She began her career in deal advisory at KPMG, before moving into debt capital markets roles at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, and later spending five years at Funding Circle. Tammy has worked in the fintech and non-bank lending space for a decade, offering a well-rounded perspective on the evolving landscape of debt finance.
